FynX Solutions – Professional Terms & Guidelines

Welcome to FynX Solutions.

These Professional Terms & Guidelines govern your participation as a service provider (“Pro”) on the FynX Solutions platform.

By applying to join or accepting work through FynX Solutions, you agree to the following terms.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

FynX Solutions is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals.

All Pros operate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of FynX Solutions.

Each Pro is solely responsible for:

Their own taxes
Business licenses (if required)
Insurance coverage
Tools and equipment
Compliance with local laws and regulations

FynX does not provide employment benefits or withhold taxes.

2. Professional Standards

Pros agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Perform services safely and professionally
Communicate clearly with customers
Arrive on time for accepted jobs
Respect customer property

Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal.

3. Job Acceptance & Responsibility

By accepting a job, the Pro agrees to:

Complete the service in a timely manner
Show up at the agreed time
Communicate delays or issues

Accepted jobs are considered commitments.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account penalties.

4. Payments & Commission

FynX operates as a commission-based platform.

Service Call payments are processed through the platform
Repair payments are processed after customer approval
FynX charges a commission on completed work

Commission rates may be updated at any time.

All payouts are handled through Stripe or other integrated payment systems.

5. Service Call & Arrival

Pros may receive jobs that include a Service Call fee.

Pros must:

Only mark “Arrived” when physically present at the customer’s location
Begin service only after arrival confirmation

False arrival claims are considered fraud.

6. Quotes & Work Approval

Pros must:

Clearly explain the scope of work
Provide a full price quote before starting repairs
Obtain customer approval through the platform

No work should begin without customer approval.

7. Platform Integrity & Off-Platform Work

Pros agree not to:

Request or accept payment outside the FynX platform
Encourage customers to pay in cash, e-transfer, or any off-platform method
Share personal contact details to bypass the platform
Perform follow-up work outside the platform

All transactions must be processed through FynX.

Violation of these rules may result in:

Immediate account suspension
Permanent removal from the platform
Withholding of pending payouts
Additional action if necessary

8. Liability

Pros are fully responsible for the quality and outcome of their work.

FynX is not liable for:

Property damage
Personal injury
Service disputes
Incomplete or unsatisfactory work

FynX acts only as a platform connecting customers and Pros.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

FynX reserves the right to suspend or remove a Pro for:

Fraudulent activity
Repeated customer complaints
Unsafe or unprofessional behavior
Violation of platform rules

10. Changes to Terms

FynX Solutions may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
