How the application works

1) Apply online
Fill out a short application and select your service (Electrical / Plumbing / Cleaning / Moving).

2) Verification & approval
We review your profile. For regulated trades (Electrical / Plumbing), we may request proof of licensing/certification.

3) Get access to the Pro Dashboard
Once approved, you’ll see available requests and can accept jobs that match your services.

4) Complete the service
Arrive on time, diagnose the issue, and explain the solution clearly.

5) Price approval before work begins
No work starts until the customer approves the price.

Payouts & Platform Fee (Launch Phase)

• Electrical & Plumbing: Service Call is $80
• During the launch period, 100% of the service call is paid to the Pro
• FynX earns a commission on completed repair work

Repair works are separate from the service call.
Final repair pricing must be approved by the customer before any work begins.

Commission applies only to completed and approved repair jobs.

Detailed commission terms are discussed individually after application approval.

Professional standards (must-follow)

We keep the platform high-trust. By joining, you agree to:
 • Be respectful, professional, and punctual
 • Provide clear communication and honest pricing
 • Keep the job site clean and safe
 • Follow Alberta rules/permits when required
 • No pressure tactics on customers
 • No off-platform deals (no “cash discounts” to avoid platform rules)

What can get your account suspended

 • Harassment, unsafe behavior, or threatening language
 • Overcharging, misleading quotes, or hidden fees
 • Repeated no-shows / late arrivals without communication
 • Taking customers off-platform
 • Fake documents or false claims
