FynX Solutions – Customer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FynX Solutions.

By using our platform and booking services through FynX Solutions (“FynX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Role

FynX Solutions operates as a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals (“Pros”).

FynX does not provide electrical, plumbing, cleaning, moving, or repair services directly.

All services are performed by independent contractors, not employees of FynX Solutions.

2. Independent Contractors

All Pros listed on FynX are independent contractors.

FynX does not control how services are performed and is not responsible for workmanship, materials used, or service outcomes.

Any agreement for services is made directly between the customer and the Pro.

3. Service Call Fee

For electrical and plumbing services, a Service Call fee may apply.

This fee covers:
 • Travel time
 • Initial inspection
 • Problem diagnosis

The Service Call fee is charged upon booking and is non-refundable once the Pro has arrived at the service location.

4. Quotes & Approvals

After diagnosing the issue, the Pro may provide a quote for additional repair or service work.

No repair work will proceed without customer approval.

Once approved, payment authorization may be processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe).

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By submitting payment, you authorize FynX Solutions to charge your selected payment method for:
 • Service Call fees
 • Approved repair or service work
 • Applicable taxes

FynX does not store credit card information.

6. Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking before the Pro has arrived.

If cancellation occurs after the Pro has arrived, the Service Call fee remains payable.

Repeated abusive cancellations may result in account restriction.

7. Disputes

If you experience an issue with a Pro, you may contact FynX Support.

While FynX may assist in resolving disputes, FynX does not guarantee specific outcomes or refunds beyond applicable payment processing policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

FynX Solutions is not liable for:
 • Property damage
 • Personal injury
 • Service delays
 • Service quality disputes
 • Loss of income or consequential damages

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid through the FynX platform for the specific booking.

9. User Conduct

Customers agree to:
 • Provide accurate information
 • Ensure safe working conditions
 • Treat Pros respectfully
 • Not engage in fraud or payment disputes without legitimate cause

10. Changes to Terms

FynX Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
