These Professional Terms & Guidelines govern your participation as a service provider (“Pro”) on the FynX Solutions platform.
By applying to join or accepting work through FynX Solutions, you agree to the following terms.
1. Independent Contractor Relationship
FynX Solutions is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals.
All Pros operate as independent contractors.
Pros are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FynX Solutions.
Each Pro is solely responsible for:
• Reporting and paying their own taxes
• Obtaining required business licenses
• Carrying appropriate insurance
• Providing tools, equipment, and materials
• Complying with local, provincial, and federal laws
FynX Solutions does not withhold income taxes or provide employment benefits.
2. Professional Conduct & Standards
Pros agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Perform services safely and professionally
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
• Arrive on time for confirmed bookings
• Respect customer property
Failure to meet professional standards may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
3. Service Call & Commission Structure
FynX Solutions operates under a commission-based platform model.
Service call fees and commission structure may evolve as the platform grows.
Specific payout details are communicated upon approval and may be updated with notice.
Pros agree that platform fees and commission are part of the service agreement when accepting jobs through FynX Solutions.
4. Repair Pricing & Customer Approval
Before performing any repair work, Pros must:
• Clearly explain the scope of work
• Clearly state total repair pricing
• Obtain explicit customer approval
No unauthorized work may be performed.
Any disputes regarding pricing or work scope must be handled professionally.
5. Platform Integrity (No Circumvention)
Pros may not:
• Request off-platform payment
• Share personal contact details to bypass the platform
• Encourage customers to avoid platform fees
Attempting to circumvent FynX Solutions may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Payments & Tax Responsibility
FynX Solutions may facilitate payments between customers and Pros.
Pros are fully responsible for:
• Declaring their income
• Paying applicable taxes
• Maintaining financial records
FynX Solutions does not provide tax advice.
7. Liability & Responsibility
Pros are solely responsible for the quality and outcome of their services.
FynX Solutions is not liable for:
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Service disputes
• Incomplete or unsatisfactory work
FynX Solutions functions as a marketplace connection platform.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
FynX Solutions reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a Pro for:
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated customer complaints
• Unsafe work practices
• Violating platform rules
• Attempting to bypass the platform
9. Changes to Terms
FynX Solutions may update these terms as the platform evolves.
Continued participation on the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
